Green Couch Counseling is seeking contract outpatient therapists to join our team! We are a group practice specializing in the use of evidence based practices for individual and group therapy. We believe in making high quality mental health treatment accessible to the community. We are an in-network provider with most commercial insurance companies and provide you with all the tools you need to bill insurance.

 

We have two beautifully furnished locations where we want our therapists and clients to feel welcome. All referrals are provided to you, no marketing or advertising required.  By taking over all claims processing for you (no more chasing claims!) and regularly negotiating insurance reimbursement rates we do our part to ensure our team of therapists is compensated fairly for the care they provide.

 

We also offer same day clinical consultation, monthly consultation groups, a book club, CEU assistance, and a flexible schedule that fits your lifestyle. At Green Couch Counseling we encourage clinicians’ creativity and innovative spirit. We support our therapists in developing groups or other programming that feed their passion so long as it aligns with our mission.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a clinician that can provide a minimum of 16 in person clinical hours per week at our Highlands office location. Services during this time may be in person or via telehealth depending on client preference.

• Use evidence based practices to provide individual therapy to individual clients.

• Comfort working with a variety of mental health concerns and populations.

• Ability to complete documentation in a timely manner including progress notes, treatment plans, and invoicing sessions.

• Manage caseload to fill at least 18 clinical hours per week.

• Willingness to be paneled with insurance companies under a group contract.

Qualifications:

At this time we are seeking clinicians who are fully licensed in the state of CO. We are not seeking provisional licenses (LPCC, LSW, etc.)

• Previous experience providing outpatient counseling services to a variety of populations.

• Training in evidenced based practices. DBT and/or EMDR a plus!

• FULLY Licensed to practice therapy in the state of CO.

• Active NPI number and CAQH. We will help you with this process if you do not have one, but you will need to be willing to apply for these.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

• Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Strong communication skills. The ability to assertively express your needs and ideas in the workplace, so we can make your job as enjoyable as possible!
